Alidad is an experienced consultant and enterprise coach specialising in strategy, organisational design, and transformation. His career began over two decades ago as a software developer, where he founded his own software-as-a-service startup, utilising Extreme Programming principles. This marked the commencement of his journey into the world of technology and business innovation.

After moving to Australia, Alidad expanded his expertise by undertaking roles in project management, product management, and delivery coaching. He observed that the most significant impact on team and organisational outcomes often comes from the system of work, strategic direction, and business model. This realisation led him to transition to organisational transformation and design.

With extensive experience in facilitating organisational change across industries such as banking, telecom, insurance, superannuation, health, ICT, and cloud services, Alidad’s expertise is both broad and deep. In Australia, he continued to diversify his skill set and contributed to projects in various sectors.

Alidad has collaborated with leading organisations like Aware Super, Westpac Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Bulletproof Networks, Suncorp, Telstra, and Medibank Group. He has played a crucial role in enhancing their effectiveness, operating models, organisational designs, and workforce capabilities. He employs a multifaceted approach that integrates Vertical Leadership Theory, Design and Systems Thinking, and complexity science, using methodologies like RendanHeyi, Semco Style, and Team Topologies.

Alidad has studied software engineering and marketing and has been professionally trained in  Enterprise Architecture, Agile Leadership and Systems Thinking including participating in a master class on Strategic Planning and Participative Organisational Design using Open Systems Theory in 2023 with Dr. Merrelyn Emery.
